OK, here's today's question: What do we call someone who puts their dog on a 3 year regimen of PROZAC, a pharmaceutical the use of which is known to cause .... AGGRESSION ... as a treatment for "separation anxiety"??
What? Can you repeat your answer? "Idiot"? Well yes, obviously "idiot" is a good 5 letter word. Moron also works. We could go on but ....
So, I am Malakai, a Neapolitan Mastiff, born a little more than 5 years ago (11/2014) .. and I lost my home while on PROZAC for separation anxiety. Sadly, yes, I bit my mommy's hubby. Twice. Mommy worked for a vet but was unaware that behavior modification could have been a real alternative to giving me a THREE YEAR RUN ON PROZAC.
So now my little system is finally PROZAC-free. There has been no more aggression (of course, I haven't seen mommy or hubby since that second chomp) ... but I digress. Yep, prozac-free and I'm a very affectionate, happy guy who is social with other dogs. I also haven't destroyed the house. BORING. But Lisa says that's a good thing.
Obviously, my new mommy Lisa says I can't go to any home with kids. Yeh, I get it those little guys would stress out Mother Theresa. I would love an owner who is home most of the time. I am very affectionate. I get along with other dogs. I want to go home with an experienced Neo owner.
