I am Ruby the Marvelous, a lovely Mastiff lady. I was born 12-13-2016 and I came from a puppy mill auction ... where I was found in a crate in the back being poked with sticks by puppy miller children ... honestly do you think any of those kids grow up anything resembling "normal" ... just something to ponder when you've just had a nice dinner in your first real home with walls, a door and nobody poking you with sticks So I am a girl who is serious about home security. Once I figure out I belong somewhere then I am all about being sure nobody who belongs there is ever hurt on my watch. And it is MY watch until the lead alpha bitch in my house is back home. I am happy to meet you as long as my mom or pop are right there. If you try to come in my yard or house when mom and pop aren't home, that's a different matter. I will NOT be pleased to see you nor will you be happy to see me. You will not come inside no matter how many times we have met. That means no doggie babysitters while you go on vacation without me I am spayed and up to date on shots. I am a large girl with a ton of energy. I am very affectionate with my owners and love to do a little running- not miles, mind you but a little bit! LOL I’m not going to a home with kids as they have friends who sometimes come over and walk in the door. That wouldn’t end well for them. As I said, I take my guardian role seriously.
